Director, LATAM Market Commercial Organization People Leader

About the role

The Latin America (LATAM) Market Commercial Organization People Lead leads the People Organization (PO) for the Commercial Organization (CO) LATAM Market, covering the People Partner responsibility for the Commercial Market and the Country PO teams. The role owns many measurable strategic, functional and operational goals, oversees talent analysis and people plans, and advises executive management on the business's strategic direction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the LATAM Market People Organization, including the People Partner and Country PO teams
• Maintain relationships with Market and Country Managing Directors
• Lead key people initiatives in Organization & Culture, Talent & Leadership and Inclusion
• Manage organization design and selection, workforce planning, talent development, inclusion, employee relations, executive recruiting and onboarding, country legislation and compliance, and crisis management
• Coach and develop a team of People Partners supporting Country MDs
• Partner with Centers of Excellence and People Business Partners for the employee-based population
• Lead global CO projects beyond LATAM, such as talent, future of work, organization design and transformation

Required profile

• At least 15 years of progressive HR experience across functions, including HR Business Partnering
• Proven experience managing people and delivering HR solutions and programs
• Experience developing organizational change initiatives, global workforce plans and organization capabilities
• Track record of coaching leaders and managing costs, quality and timeliness
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management, Organizational Development or similar strongly preferred
