About the role

2 Hour Learning is seeking a visionary Director of Learning Strategy to lead the academic side of its AI‑driven, two‑hour daily learning system. This senior role will translate learning science into concrete operational frameworks, ensure consistent execution across schools, and serve as the public face of the movement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop academic frameworks that turn learning science into actionable curriculum, motivation, and interface guidelines.
• Conduct execution reviews with Heads of Academics to keep school teams aligned, accountable, and outcome‑focused.
• Integrate data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and observations into ecosystem assessments that pinpoint high‑impact obstacles and recommend solutions.
• Maintain strategic coherence through structured planning, continuous feedback loops, and milestone oversight.
• Represent 2 Hour Learning in high‑profile settings such as keynote presentations and policy discussions with Ministries of Education.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Education, or a closely related field.
• Proven track record of leading academic strategy at scale and delivering measurable student outcomes.
• Experience translating scientific principles into operational discipline and guiding cross‑functional teams.
• Strong public communication skills, capable of advocating evidence‑based learning to global audiences.
