E-commerce Strategist – Social Media

About the role

We are seeking a senior Social Commerce Strategist to lead and scale TikTok Shop affiliate programs for fast‑growing consumer brands. This client‑facing position owns program performance end‑to‑end, combining strategy, execution, analytics, and leadership to deliver measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute TikTok Shop affiliate strategies that drive GMV growth.
• Define creator, product, sampling, and activation tactics and continuously optimize them based on platform trends.
• Serve as primary strategic advisor for assigned clients, lead meetings, present insights, and recommend growth opportunities.
• Lead creator sourcing, outreach, onboarding, and activation; manage affiliate pipelines and product sampling.
• Monitor KPIs (GMV, ROAS, conversions, creator activity) and build dashboards for data‑driven decisions.
• Identify trends, recommend actionable improvements, and develop scalable SOPs and workflows.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous team development.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in TikTok Shop Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Social Commerce, or the Creator Economy.
• At least 2 years managing TikTok Shop Affiliate Center across multiple brands.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop Seller Center and Affiliate Center.
• Proven success driving GMV growth and affiliate program performance.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) with professional written and verbal communication.
