Engagement Delivery Director

About the role

The Engagement Delivery Director leads a team of program and project managers delivering complex, enterprise‑level engagements for Salesforce customers across multiple industry verticals. This senior executive role drives delivery standards, ensures high CSAT, and partners with executive leadership to achieve business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of program managers, overseeing scope, release planning, and cross‑functional alignment.
• Drive Agile software engineering delivery, remove obstacles, and ensure programs meet business goals and strategic vision.
• Provide accurate forecasts, metrics, and status reporting to leadership, and influence global delivery methodologies.
• Manage program dependencies across multiple teams, handle risks, and conduct monthly program reviews and sprint updates.
• Build strong partnerships with functional leaders and executive sponsors to secure program success.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in program management, including 5+ years leading multiple work streams on enterprise‑scale CRM projects.
• 10+ years in management consulting or consulting services, with proven budgeting and scheduling responsibility.
• Outstanding communication and executive presence, with ability to work with remote teams across time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Agile SCRUM Master certification; PMP preferred; Salesforce certifications a plus.
