GitLab Administrator / Platform Engineer

About the role

Inallmedia is seeking a GitLab Administrator / Platform Engineer to lead a Service Account Security Migration and Licensing Optimization initiative. The role is fully remote within LATAM and requires close collaboration with distributed engineering and DevOps teams.

Key responsibilities

• Migrate 88 misconfigured service accounts to native platform service accounts and rotate embedded pipeline credentials.
• Manage credential and token lifecycle, including API tokens, SSH keys, and service credentials within CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement granular RBAC governance and update permissions for automation identities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CI/CD pipeline issues during token cutovers.
• Coordinate with cross‑team stakeholders to verify pipeline functionality and maintain audit trails.

Required profile

• Mid‑ to senior‑level experience in DevOps, system administration, or IAM engineering.
• Hands‑on experience administering GitLab or similar enterprise VCS platforms at scale.
• Proven ability to manage service accounts and automate credential rotation.
