About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong technical background to lead the Data Engineering products of BrewDat. You will define the vision, strategy and roadmap for data ingestion, transformation and serving, turning complex platform capabilities into usable products for internal data teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for BrewDat’s data engineering layer.
• Conduct user discovery with data engineers, analytics engineers, ML engineers and domain teams.
• Own and manage the product backlog, write clear problem statements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Define and track KPIs such as adoption, CSAT, build times and platform reliability.
• Communicate roadmap, progress and trade‑offs to multiple stakeholders and partner with the Adoption team for launches.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Manager (or Product Owner) on data platforms, data engineering or analytics platforms.
• Technical background (Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent) with ability to discuss architecture, pipelines and technical trade‑offs.
• Strong skills in product discovery, prioritisation, roadmap management and stakeholder alignment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

• Data pipelines, ETL/ELT, orchestration, data lakes, data warehouses, APIs.
• Cloud and data technologies: Azure, Databricks, Apache Spark, Airflow, Unity Catalog.
• Engineering practices: GitHub, CI/CD, code review flows, Data Mesh.
