Finance Manager

About the role

Bram Offshore is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial planning and management for its operations in Brazil. Based in Natal, this full‑time, on‑site position will ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting and reporting while supporting strategic decisions across the maritime transport business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain annual budgets, forecasts and financial models.
• Prepare and present financial statements and management reports in compliance with Brazilian regulations.
• Manage cash flow, cost control initiatives and investment analysis.
• Provide data‑driven insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Supervise and develop the finance team, improving processes and internal controls.
• Liaise with auditors, regulatory bodies and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to risk management and long‑term financial sustainability.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience with financial reporting, accounting standards and Brazilian regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to lead finance teams and collaborate with cross‑functional partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; CPA, CFA or similar certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication in Portuguese; English proficiency is advantageous.
• High ethical standards and alignment with safety and continuous‑improvement values.
