Guia de Excursão – Santa Catarina

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, careful, and nature‑loving individual to join our team as an Excursion Guide at Awasi Santa Catarina. You will lead a variety of outdoor activities, ensuring guests enjoy safe and memorable experiences in one of Brazil’s most beautiful coastal regions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and accompany boat trips, hikes, city tours, kayaking, stand‑up paddle sessions, and transfers.
• Ensure the safety and overall satisfaction of guests during all activities.
• Maintain and manage all equipment used for excursions.
• Take responsibility for vehicles when they are under your care.
• Support the tourism operation according to demand.

Required profile

• Intermediate proficiency in English and Portuguese.
• Formal training as a Tour Guide.
• Valid driver’s license and active Cadastur registration.
• Good physical condition and a passion for nature and the sea.
• Responsible, courteous, and strong communication skills.
