Head of Marketing

About the role

Rockcruit is recruiting for an AdTech client that offers a PPC‑focused SaaS platform. The company has a defined go‑to‑market thesis and needs a senior marketer to turn that thesis into a high‑performing GTM engine, own the full marketing operation and advise the founder on strategic shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete GTM operation, including channel strategy, quarterly planning, budget allocation and specialist direction.
• Drive pipeline generation through outbound motions targeting advertisers and PPC agencies, and shape the partner/affiliate referral program.
• Set editorial direction, manage a Senior PPC Content Strategist and ensure content converts.
• Lead SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) initiatives, including structured data and entity consistency.
• Oversee social and founder‑led distribution, maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Manage email lifecycle programs and nurture sequences in HubSpot.
• Maintain the operating rhythm with weekly scorecards, dashboards and performance reporting.

Required profile

• 5+ years of multi‑channel B2B marketing experience, with at least two years in a company of fewer than 100 employees.
• Proven ability to own and scale GTM engines in SaaS or AdTech environments.
• Comfortable influencing founders and presenting data‑driven recommendations.
• Open to remote work from LATAM countries, except Argentina and Venezuela.
