HR Partner

About the role

The HR Partner will support Lenovo's Solutions and Services Group (SSG) Global Geo Service Delivery organization and its leaders in designing and executing strategic HR initiatives. This role requires strong partnership skills, a proven ability to deliver HR programs in matrixed, global environments, and a focus on customer centricity for internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with COE HR teams to deliver corporate programs such as Learning Development, Talent Management, Compensation, and Annual Review.
• Identify and implement HR solutions aligned with business strategy.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to create short‑ and long‑term talent plans, ensuring a robust leadership pipeline.
• Design and oversee career development and succession planning initiatives.
• Provide proactive guidance on employee relations and performance feedback.
• Influence and coach business leaders on HR best practices.
• Lead change‑management efforts related to culture, leadership, and management requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Psychology or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or Generalist, preferably in a global, matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and consultative skills, comfortable interacting with executives.
• High sense of responsibility, integrity and ability to work flexibly across time zones.
• Fluent English; ability to work in a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
