Implementation Manager

About the role

The Implementation Manager will lead customer‑facing processing implementation projects for Mastercard in Brazil. You will ensure end‑to‑end execution of both standard and complex implementations while maintaining high quality and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end project execution for processing implementation projects.
• Assess and document customer needs and define appropriate implementation activities.
• Guide customers through Mastercard processing rules, specifications and documentation.
• Identify and collect required implementation support documents such as contracts and forms.
• Manage multiple implementation projects in parallel following the global coordination methodology.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or equivalent experience.
• Three to five years of IT system knowledge with a solid understanding of network technology, applications and project management.
• Strong knowledge of payment transaction processing and industry business principles.

Required skills

• Network technology concepts.
• Payment transaction processing systems and formats.
• Mastercard payment processing systems and host‑interface testing.
• Understanding of the four‑party model and full transaction lifecycle for Mastercard brands.
