Junior Project Manager – Keet P2P (Remote)

About the role

Join the Keet engine team at Tether to help coordinate the development of a peer‑to‑peer data sharing platform. This fully remote, junior‑level position works closely with senior engineers, UI developers and QA to keep the project on track and ensure smooth releases.

Key responsibilities

• Track engine work across sprints and releases, maintaining up‑to‑date issues, milestones and roadmaps.
• Run or support stand‑ups, planning sessions and retrospectives across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate dependencies between the engine team, Keet app/UI developers and QA.
• Write clear status updates, release notes and meeting summaries.
• Help triage bug reports and user feedback, routing them to the appropriate engineers.
• Identify risks and blockers early and assist the team in resolving them.
• Maintain internal documentation and processes for easy reference.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management or a similar role (including internships or open‑source contributions).
• Excellent written English communication, able to explain technical progress clearly.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Comfortable working with engineers and quickly learning technical concepts.
• Experience with issue trackers and project management tools.
