IT Support Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to ensure a smooth and efficient user experience for our employees in the Sao Paulo office. You will work closely with the local and French IT teams, handling day‑to‑day support and contributing to larger IT projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for all Brazilian users.
• Act as the first point of contact for IT requests, including hardware, software and access issues.
• Diagnose and resolve network problems, performing permanent fixes when possible.
• Manage the inventory of laptops, accessories, and other equipment, ensuring everything is operational.
• Organise and conduct onboarding and off‑boarding processes for hardware, software and user accounts.
• Deliver user training on collaboration, communication and productivity tools.
• Document support procedures, configurations and proof‑of‑concept results.
• Participate in the IT roadmap, supporting projects such as office floor upgrades, OS updates, content migrations, sound‑system installations and workflow automation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support role.
• Self‑motivated and able to work autonomously on ticket handling.
• Curious and eager to test, learn and understand new technical topics.
• Full English proficiency (B2/C1) and strong communication skills.
• Organised, precise and capable of managing assets and priorities.
• People‑oriented, comfortable being the main contact for office staff.
