IT Support Analyst

About the role

Zoho is looking for a proactive IT Support Analyst to manage and support its IT infrastructure, end‑user environment, and security operations across multiple office locations in São Paulo, Brazil. The role combines asset management, endpoint administration, and multi‑site technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory of desktops, laptops, servers, networking equipment and peripherals.
• Manage software procurement, licensing, renewals and subscriptions for on‑premise and cloud solutions.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows and macOS operating systems, perform upgrades, patching and preventive maintenance.
• Administer office IT infrastructure including switches, firewalls, wireless networks and internet connectivity.
• Support virtualization platforms such as KVM and VMware, including deployment and troubleshooting.
• Implement endpoint security solutions (EDR, antivirus) and vulnerability remediation programs.
• Assist compliance initiatives, audits and certification processes by preparing documentation.
• Provide remote technical support for branch and satellite offices.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration or similar role.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work across multiple locations.
• Good communication skills in English; Portuguese is a plus.
