IT Team Lead

About the role

Nexlence is seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure & Network Analyst to lead and support its IT operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, hands‑on experience in network administration and server management, and the ability to work independently in a complex, multi‑site environment while communicating fluently in English.

Key responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk support and perform routine IT maintenance activities.
• Deploy and manage monitoring systems such as Zabbix, Prometheus, or PRTG.
• Lead or support IT projects from planning through implementation.
• Configure and manage data‑center network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Manage IT resources across multiple sites to ensure optimal allocation and performance.
• Support vendor selection and procurement of IT equipment.

Required profile

• English proficiency (spoken and listening) is mandatory.
• Technical knowledge equivalent to CCNA level (certification a plus).
• Proven experience with helpdesk support and IT maintenance.
• Experience in IT project setup and execution, preferably in a leadership role.
• Ability to independently configure and manage network infrastructure.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Experience with server implementation and administration.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Nagios, PRTG, or Prometheus.
• Understanding of data‑center environments and network architecture.
• Knowledge of PowerShell for automation (a plus).
