Junior IT Specialist – Remote (Brazil)

About the role

Dev.Pro is looking for a proactive Junior IT Specialist to join its IT Support Team. The position is Brazil‑based and fully remote, offering hands‑on experience with a variety of operating systems, cloud tools, and hardware across multiple business domains.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day IT support and troubleshooting for internal users and contractors.
• Administer macOS, Linux (Ubuntu) and Windows environments.
• Configure laptops, reinstall operating systems and install required software.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Google Workspace, Atlassian and similar platforms.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and handle equipment logistics.
• Assist with basic scripting and automation tasks.

Required profile

• Experience troubleshooting hardware, systems and applications.
• Hands‑on work with macOS, Linux (Ubuntu) or Windows.
• Ability to configure devices, reinstall OS and set up software.
• Experience managing users in Google Workspace or Atlassian.
• Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem‑solving skills.
