Junior IT Support

About the role

Coforge is hiring a Junior IT Support professional in Campinas, São Paulo, working on site. The role covers day-to-day support of workstations, hardware and basic network tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve user requests and incidents about systems and hardware on workstations
• Install and configure computers, peripherals and accessories for new projects and collaborators
• Support and update all operating systems on the network for workstations
• Evaluate the capacity and performance of workstations
• Maintain an inventory of workstations, cell phones, peripherals and spare parts
• Create and maintain procedures for processes, systems and hardware on workstations
• Request the purchase of workstation, cell phone and peripheral equipment
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives and share experiences with colleagues

Required profile

• Knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Knowledge of hardware such as laptops, desktops, printers and peripherals
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networks
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

• Linux and macOS
• Active Directory on-premises and Azure
• Microsoft administration and security tools
• Advanced English
