About the role

argenx is expanding its presence in Brazil and seeks a Key Account Manager to drive the launch and adoption of its innovative autoimmune therapies. This field‑based position will cover a defined territory, building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions to integrate cutting‑edge treatments into clinical practice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with brand strategy.
• Engage healthcare professionals with scientific data, fostering informed clinical decision‑making.
• Identify market opportunities and anticipate treatment trends.
• Maintain high‑quality, ethical scientific exchange and regular stakeholder interaction.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Medical, Commercial, Legal, Compliance) to ensure coordinated, compliant activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales, preferably in immunology or autoimmune disease areas.
• Strong ability to build and sustain trust‑based relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare institutions.
• Excellent communication and consultative skills, with a patient‑focused mindset.
• Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively across internal functions.
