Key Account Manager – Offline Channel Sales (Brazil)

About the role

Anker Innovations is expanding its Brazil operations and seeks a data‑driven Channel Sales professional to own and grow the offline retail and distribution business. Based in São Paulo, you will manage relationships with distributors, brick‑and‑mortar retailers and wholesale partners, turning brand strategy into sell‑out results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Brazil offline channel strategy, covering distribution, wholesale and key retail partnerships.
• Build data‑grounded sales plans by analysing sell‑out by SKU, optimizing inventory and adjusting tactics.
• Establish win‑win partnerships with major retailers such as Fast Shop, Magazine Luiza and Casas Bahia.
• Lead go‑to‑market execution for new product categories and brand launches.
• Drive pricing strategy, trade marketing and in‑store visibility in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Track and report pipeline, forecasts and quota attainment with precision.
• Collaborate with global HQ and cross‑functional teams in English.

Required profile

• 5+ years of channel sales experience (indirect channel, distribution, wholesale) with a proven record of exceeding targets.
• Advanced/fluent English and native Portuguese.
• On‑site availability in São Paulo (not remote or hybrid).
• Structured and analytical mindset, building plans on data.
• Result‑driven, intellectually curious, resilient and clear communicator in both languages.
• Autonomous yet aligned, with strong ownership of outcomes.
