Lead Analyst, Global Inventory Operations

About the role

Join a regional operations team focused on inventory control and data accuracy across Latin America. As Lead Analyst, you will execute and monitor inventory reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, and reporting processes that support operational execution and financial reporting across distribution sites and third‑party logistics providers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute inventory reconciliations between ERP and WMS at SKU, lot/batch, serial, quantity, and location levels.
• Investigate variances, perform root‑cause analysis, and coordinate corrective actions to improve accuracy.
• Maintain reconciliation logs, track issue aging, assign ownership, and monitor resolution timelines.
• Monitor system interfaces, identify transaction failures, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and logistics partners.
• Coordinate cycle count programs and annual physical inventory activities in line with company policies.
• Measure and report performance indicators such as inventory accuracy, cycle count accuracy, and discrepancy aging.
• Analyze trends and process data to identify operational improvement opportunities.
• Prepare review materials and communicate inventory risks and status updates during business reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory operations, logistics, supply chain analytics or inventory control.
• At least 3 years working with ERP and/or WMS inventory transactions and reconciliation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Fluent Portuguese and English.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., JD Edwards) and WMS platforms (e.g., Blue Yonder).
• Power BI for reporting and analysis.
