Lead Full Stack Engineer (.NET, Vue/React) - Fully Remote

About the role

CoverGo, a global no-code insurance platform for health, life and property & casualty insurance, is hiring a Lead Full Stack Engineer for its SaaS platform. The role guides the design, implementation and maintenance of the platform and provides technical direction to the team, working across front-end and back-end technologies. It is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and maintenance of insurance enterprise software solutions and give technical direction to the team.
• Advise on technology selection, architecture and best practices, and collaborate with product, design and engineering teams.
• Optimize platform performance for large datasets and high user traffic.
• Conduct and lead code reviews, enforce coding standards and drive adoption of best practices.
• Investigate and fix bugs, and follow security and compliance best practices for web applications.
• Design a scalable, flexible platform and mentor junior developers.

Required profile

• 8+ years as a Full Stack Engineer with a track record of leading complex SaaS applications.
• Minimum 2 years in a lead/manager role, able to guide and ensure the development of teams.
• Experience with agile development and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical colleagues.

Required skills

• Back-end.NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, Docker
• Front-end: JavaScript, Vue.js and/or React.js
• Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
• Microservices and/or clean architecture, DDD, TDD, unit/integration testing
• Web security best practices and performance optimization for high-traffic apps
