Lead Integration Architect Manager

About the role

Mars is hiring a Lead Integration Architect Manager in Guararema, Brazil, to lead a global team of T1 and T2 Technical Architects specializing in Azure IS, SAP BTP IS, MuleSoft, Solace and OpenText. The role covers people leadership, platform strategy and governance, incident management, segment engagement and vendor relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global team of Technical Architects, create Individual Development Plans, run performance reviews and coach on technical and leadership skills
• Plan resource capacity and manage the mix of internal associates and external consulting resources
• Define the global integration strategy and multi-iPaaS technology roadmap with the Global Integration Hub Director
• Run the Technical Design Authority for integration, setting design patterns, reusable frameworks and architectural guardrails for API-led, event-driven and B2B EDI interfaces
• Oversee Azure IS, SAP BTP IS, MuleSoft, Solace and OpenText platforms, including clean-core standards and lifecycle management
• Serve as the escalation point for P1/P2 incidents, drive root-cause analysis and work with DevOps and Platform squads on CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code
• Advise Segment IT Architects and Solution Architects on integration architecture and validate that segment builds follow corporate architecture guidelines
• Manage relationships with Microsoft, SAP, MuleSoft and Solace vendors, oversee SI partners and system integration vendors, and help with licensing budgets and cross-charges

Required profile

• Minimum of 3+ years managing technical teams (architects, senior developers or platform engineers) in a global, distributed environment
• 8+ years of integration experience with substantial exposure to global consumer packaged goods or high-volume manufacturing environments
• Deep understanding of global supply chain flows such as O2C, P2P, WMS and GS1 standards
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent practical experience
