About the role

The Linguist Project Coordinator will oversee the full lifecycle of language and localization projects, ensuring timely delivery and high quality. This role works closely with sales, vendors, and global translators to manage project scope, budgets, and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple localization projects from initiation to completion in a fast‑paced environment.
• Coordinate all project phases, predict timelines, and monitor status.
• Liaise with sales staff to clarify project parameters and negotiate deadlines and rates with vendors.
• Establish and maintain relationships with contract translators and proofreaders worldwide.
• Control project finances, including budgeting and cost tracking.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Perform quality checks at various stages to guarantee accuracy.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in linguistics or translation studies.
• Minimum one year of professional experience in a similar corporate role.
• Detail‑oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Independent and able to work autonomously.

Required skills
