Managing Consultant – CRM Analytics Marketing

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Managing Consultant to lead CRM Analytics Marketing initiatives within its Advisors & Consulting Services division. The role focuses on shaping marketing strategies, driving client engagements, and delivering data‑driven insights across a diverse portfolio of global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across multiple industries, defining problem statements and delivering marketing solutions.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and programs for regional and global clients, leveraging technology and data assets.
• Own relationships with mid‑level to senior client stakeholders, assessing agenda, culture, and change readiness.
• Guide teams to create effective marketing recommendations and deliver compelling client presentations.
• Provide day‑to‑day project leadership, foster innovation, and maintain an inclusive collaborative environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consulting or advisory roles with a focus on marketing strategy.
• Strong client‑facing skills, capable of managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to assess client culture, agenda, and readiness for change.
