Market Research Associate (Dutch Speaking) - Remote

About the role

This is a remote position for a Dutch-speaking Market Research Associate within QQFS, a Gothenburg-based fieldwork agency and wholly owned subsidiary of M3 Inc., which provides data collection services for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. The role covers recruitment and panel building for projects in the Netherlands, Belgium and other assigned markets, working under the supervision of the project management team.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit respondents by cold calling M3 Global Research panelists for projects in the Netherlands, Belgium and other assigned markets
• Plan and run panel recruitment, flagging projects that are off track to the senior manager and ensuring outsource targets are met
• Meet monthly registration targets, call new registrants to confirm and update their email addresses and call users to reactivate their accounts
• Support panel members by telephone and email, handle inquiries and complaints, and follow up until resolved
• Handle respondent inquiries according to company policy on outcomes and time to resolution, and build strong relationships with panel members
• Investigate fraud respondents and complete the verification process for new members
• Test links for online market research projects and overlays for qualitative online screeners

Required profile

• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Clear verbal and written communication with diverse audiences
• Detail-oriented, with good analytical and investigative skills
• Able to ask probing questions and make sure audiences feel supported

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Internet, social media and e-mail use
• Ability to work across multiple systems to troubleshoot and resolve issues

Working hours are shift rotation 09.00-17.30 or 10.00-18.30 CET, Monday to Friday. Candidates apply by submitting their CV in English.
