Panel Content Manager

About the role

The Panel Content Manager leads the planning, creation, optimisation and management of written and multimedia content across all centralised panel brands within the M3 Group. The role ensures content aligns with brand guidelines and strategic objectives, improves user experience and drives business results. It is a full-time position based in São Paulo.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the content team, giving direction, feedback and oversight on performance and daily operations
• Work with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and partner with the Panel Marketing Team on regional and global initiatives
• Represent the panel team in webinars, interviews and roundtables when needed
• Implement and maintain the centralised content strategy and editorial calendar, and approve content assets
• Produce SEO-optimised, user-focused content and monitor performance metrics with the Digital Marketing Manager
• Carry out keyword research and keep up with content trends and SEO best practices
• Enforce content guidelines and editorial standards, liaise with freelancers and manage vendor reporting and invoicing
• Help develop content tools and platforms and keep content workflows on track

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field, or relevant experience; advanced degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy or a related role
• Proven experience managing content teams and editorial calendars
• Experience in healthcare, B2C marketing or global/multi-brand environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organisation and time-management skills
