Marketing Consultant – Advisors & Consulting Services

About the role

Mastercard’s Data & Services team is seeking a Marketing Consultant to lead client engagements that combine traditional consulting with data‑driven insights. You will work on digital marketing projects, loyalty programs and data‑centric campaigns for a global portfolio of customers in payments, retail and travel.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver digital marketing projects, including data‑driven campaigns, marketing automation and card lifecycle initiatives.
• Develop recommendations, create impactful presentations and communicate storylines to clients.
• Identify client needs, provide creative input and manage day‑to‑day relationships with entry‑level client contacts.
• Assess engagement risks and contribute to Mastercard’s intellectual capital.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to shape solutions that drive acquisition, activation, usage, cross‑selling and retention.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering high‑quality results and strong analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Digital marketing expertise (video, SEO, SEM, content marketing) and project‑management orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and the local language.
• Ability to build trust‑based relationships and work effectively in small teams.

Required skills

• Digital marketing tools (video production, SEO, SEM, content marketing platforms).
• Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• SQL or comparable data‑analysis expertise.
