Marketing Manager – Americas Market Intelligence

About the role

FAMSUN is seeking a Marketing Manager to establish and lead a market intelligence function for the American Region. This role goes beyond traditional communications, turning market signals into strategic decisions that shape the brand’s presence across the Americas.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute the annual marketing strategy and market insight program for the region.
• Collect, verify, and analyse market, competitor, consumer and CRM data to uncover opportunities.
• Provide guidance, training and consulting on market insight practices and data analysis across the region.
• Implement strategic marketing plans covering product, pricing, channel and promotion.
• Own internal and external communications, including events, collaterals and newsletters.
• Monitor channel‑partner performance with country managers and drive effectiveness.
• Maintain strong client relationships and lead training activities for customers and partners.
• Combine regional data with international platform needs to inform market and project strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in building or leading market intelligence functions.
• Strong strategic planning skills aligned with global corporate objectives.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable go‑to‑market decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for brand, PR and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience working across multiple countries within the Americas.
