Marketing Manager

About the role

The company is seeking a Marketing Manager based in Brazil to own the marketing strategy and execution for key brands within an international fintech environment. You will shape brand positioning, drive growth, and ensure that all marketing initiatives are tightly aligned with commercial objectives. This role offers autonomy, the chance to influence business direction, and a fast‑paced setting where ownership is highly valued.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage marketing strategies for assigned brands, defining priorities, KPIs, roadmaps and growth initiatives.
• Act as the main point of contact for brands and stakeholders, leading strategic discussions and providing recommendations.
• Own project delivery by coordinating internal teams and external partners, ensuring timelines, quality standards and objectives are met.
• Manage marketing budgets, track performance and report on results and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs to keep marketing activities aligned with broader business goals.
• Apply payment‑industry knowledge, including compliance, regulatory messaging, merchant acquiring, chargebacks and risk management.
• Review marketing claims and materials for industry compliance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing management, leadership or account management.
• Strong background in payments or fintech environments.
• Proven ability to manage strategic initiatives from concept to execution with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail while handling multiple brands or client accounts.
