About the role

The Marketing Senior Manager will drive brand growth by linking strategy, execution and performance in a fast‑moving consumer market. Reporting to senior leadership, you will own end‑to‑end brand strategy locally, turning consumer insights into impactful plans that deliver measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead local brand strategy and demand creation, from insight generation to execution.
• Translate global brand direction into high‑impact, locally relevant marketing plans.
• Identify growth opportunities across the full marketing mix and drive performance.
• Connect consumer insight, brand positioning and business results to ensure strategic alignment.
• Monitor performance, analyse data and provide clear, data‑driven recommendations.
• Challenge local and global strategies with a strong point of view.
• Define ambitious yet realistic targets and KPIs.
• Foster high‑quality discussions, creating constructive tension to elevate decisions.
• Maintain end‑to‑end visibility, linking innovation, brand and in‑market execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing with exposure to brand strategy, innovation and demand creation.
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect strategy to measurable results.
• End‑to‑end marketing perspective and ability to navigate multiple functional areas.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in complex, matrixed organisations and strong stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to operate in fast‑paced, evolving business environments.
• Pragmatic, objective and results‑oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
• Confidence to challenge and influence with a clear point of view while maintaining collaboration.
