Medical Devices Maintenance Specialist III

About the role

Provide world‑class technical service and support for Philips Medical Imaging solutions, ensuring maximum equipment performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence across Southern Brazil. As a Field Service Engineer you will deliver technical support, preventive and corrective maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting for a range of imaging systems while working closely with hospitals and remote support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver preventive and corrective maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting for X‑ray, CT, MRI and Interventional X‑ray (Hemodynamics) equipment.
• Partner with hospitals, healthcare professionals, remote support teams and technical specialists to diagnose complex technical issues and perform repairs.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service delivery while ensuring compliance with Philips quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Travel approximately 70% of the time across the assigned territory in Southern Brazil.

Required profile

• Experience as a Field Service Engineer or Technician supporting large medical imaging equipment (X‑ray, CT, MRI, Interventional X‑ray).
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Automation, Biomedical Engineering or related field with active CREA registration.
• Intermediate English proficiency for technical documentation and global collaboration.
• Customer‑focused, able to work independently in the field and willing to relocate to Cascavel, Paraná.
