Mid-Level Project Manager & Analyst (Remote, South America)

About the role

Medcase is seeking a mid‑level Project Manager & Analyst to lead cross‑functional initiatives for its health‑AI platform. The role is fully remote, serving teams across South America and multiple time zones, and offers the chance to turn data into actionable decisions in a fast‑moving health‑tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project delivery, including scoping, timeline creation, stakeholder communication and final rollout.
• Design, build and maintain real‑time dashboards that monitor project health and key performance indicators.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose scalable process improvements.
• Convert complex data sets into executive‑ready summaries and presentations.
• Partner with medical recruiters to support global placement operations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, business analysis or management consulting.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Healthcare Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Prior exposure to HealthTech or SaaS environments is a plus.
