Operations Specialist (Creative Production)

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to shape the operational backbone of a fast‑scaling creative production environment within a global digital health ecosystem. You will bridge production, strategy, and MarTech teams, bringing structure, clarity, and consistency to high‑velocity workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, document, and maintain scalable end‑to‑end processes and onboarding materials for creative production.
• Coordinate recurring team rhythms (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to ensure clear priorities, ownership, and deliverables.
• Align producers, strategists, and platform teams to improve cross‑functional collaboration and manage dependencies.
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to reduce repetitive tasks such as reporting, tracking, scheduling, and documentation.
• Partner with MarTech and AI teams to build smarter operational systems and workflow enhancements.

Required profile

• Strong operational discipline with a systems‑thinking mindset.
• Experience in operations, project management, production operations, or business operations in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to build processes, systems, and documentation from scratch and continuously improve them.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across cross‑functional teams and seniority levels.
• High attention to detail, accountability, and follow‑through.
• Interest in AI, automation tools, and modern operational platforms.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
