Operations Supervisor

About the role

The Operations Supervisor will coordinate daily fulfillment activities for customer service agreements, time‑and‑material contracts, component repair and accessory shops. Based in Macaé, the role ensures smooth material flow, shop operations and customer communication within a services agreement framework.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fulfillment issues related to service agreements and repair shops.
• Work closely with shop teams to resolve production issues and represent customers in meetings.
• Review business options for profit impact, contract compliance and innovative customer solutions.
• Complete required customer and internal paperwork and organize site reviews or customer visits.
• Contribute to the development of the department’s operational yearly plan.
• Discuss product and process changes and collaborate with the broader business unit.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or a high‑school diploma/GED with at least four years of relevant experience.
• Advanced level of English.
• Professional background in services, material management, warehouse logistics or shop operations.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
