PMO Lead – Project Management Office (Sao Paulo)

About the role

Infosys Brazil is seeking a PMO Lead to join its delivery team in Sao Paulo. The professional will oversee project governance, coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure delivery aligns with scope, schedule and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and allocate resources across multiple projects using PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and hybrid approaches.
• Monitor scope, timeline, cost and key performance indicators such as SPI, CPI, burn‑down and throughput.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, security and infrastructure teams to remove impediments.
• Produce executive dashboards, status reports and governance documentation.
• Maintain project data in MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps and Confluence.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of PMBOK/PMI, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and hybrid methodologies.
• Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, resource allocation and capacity management.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and communicate project health to stakeholders.
• Advanced English proficiency.
