PR and Social Media Specialist

About the role

ESET is looking for a PR and Social Media Specialist who will strengthen the brand’s reputation and boost awareness of its cybersecurity solutions. The role combines public‑relations expertise with hands‑on social‑media management, supporting both B2B and B2C audiences across global and local markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute unified social‑media strategies that align with global brand guidelines.
• Create, translate, and adapt social‑media posts and PR content for local markets.
• Produce original written, audio, and visual content for all relevant platforms.
• Manage community interactions, monitor comments, and route complex inquiries to support teams.
• Track brand mentions, hashtags, and keywords using digital analytics and media‑tracking tools; report insights to senior management.
• Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, and bloggers to achieve PR objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and support marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience creating and managing content for both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Ability to analyze data, adjust strategies, and present results to stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude with a passion for storytelling and community engagement.
