Principal Technical Architect

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a visionary Principal Technical Architect to lead strategic architecture engagements with Fortune 1000 customers at the intersection of AI, enterprise platforms, and digital transformation. You will partner directly with CIOs, CTOs, and Chief Architects to reimagine businesses through AI‑powered innovation on the Salesforce Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to C‑level leaders, shaping enterprise transformation through AI and Salesforce.
• Define scalable architectural patterns for end‑to‑end implementation of Salesforce suite, including Agentforce, Data Cloud, Industry Clouds, and integration technologies.
• Lead modernization efforts, bridging legacy systems with cloud‑native infrastructure and AI services.
• Champion trusted AI to automate decision‑making and personalize enterprise experiences at scale.
• Establish and grow a global community of Salesforce architects across customers, system integrators, and ISVs.
• Publish architecture blueprints, transformation guides, and reference models for repeatable success.

Required profile

• 8+ years in enterprise architecture, platform strategy, or technical advisory roles with a focus on cloud transformation and AI integration.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture at global scale, including Agentforce, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and Industry Cloud.
• Proven track record of influencing C‑level executives at Fortune 1000 companies.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/ML technologies, predictive modeling, LLMs, automation, and ethical AI practices.
• Strong understanding of data governance, integration patterns, multi‑org and hybrid cloud architectures.
