Product Management Manager

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Manager, Product Management to lead the development of its Mastercard Move portfolio, including Mastercard Send. You will shape product strategy, drive governance, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, innovative payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the service differentiation strategy for disbursements and remittance flows, covering risk management, sanctions & AML compliance, fraud services, and data analytics.
• Drive product governance by guiding cross‑functional teams through structured advancement decisions and maintaining high‑quality documentation.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap using customer feedback, market trends, and competitor analysis.
• Lead collaboration with engineering, legal, compliance, operations, regional partners, and customer‑facing teams to ensure successful product launches and scaling.
• Leverage data analytics, A/B testing, and performance metrics to measure product success and inform future enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management within payments or fintech.
• Strong understanding of risk management, AML compliance, and fraud mitigation.
• Ability to work with global and regional stakeholders and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
