Product Manager – CX AI (Hybrid, São Paulo)

About the role

As a Product Manager – CX AI at TELUS Digital, you will lead the vision and execution of AI‑powered customer experience solutions for a global client base. The role is hybrid, requiring regular presence in our São Paulo office, and offers the chance to shape a growing portfolio of CX AI products while coaching cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for CX AI solutions, from data capture to real‑time agent assistance.
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to translate business goals into product features.
• Lead product teams through iterative development, prototyping, and specification writing.
• Build and test AI prototypes using relevant tools, ensuring practical implementation.
• Coach and mentor product professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Maintain end‑to‑end ownership of product vision, execution, and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing digital products, preferably in AI or customer experience domains.
• Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to influence client and internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and traveling between São Paulo and Porto Alegre as needed.
