Project Coordinator – Design Change Projects

About the role

The HPM Project Coordinator leads small to medium‑sized design change projects within Philips’ health‑technology portfolio, coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions that support product lifecycle management and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design change projects for existing medical devices, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate and build strong relationships with Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Product Management teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and maintain alignment on priorities and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, documentation and status updates.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and promote a customer‑centric approach throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with global teams to drive successful outcomes and business impact.

Required profile

• Experience leading or coordinating projects in engineering, product development, innovation or related technical environments.
• Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field.
• Fluent English and comfortable working with global, cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools and product development processes; PMP certification is a plus.
