Qualitative Project Assistant – French Speaking (Brazil)

About the role

This position supports international qualitative research projects in the healthcare and life‑sciences sectors. Based in Brazil, you will coordinate respondents, vendors and freelancers across French‑speaking markets, ensuring studies are delivered on time, within budget and to client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute qualitative research projects from start to delivery.
• Recruit, screen and manage French‑speaking respondents using panel and free‑finding methods.
• Maintain recruitment tracking documents and project reports for internal and client use.
• Manage relationships with vendors, freelancers and translation agencies, reviewing deliverables for quality and compliance.
• Assist in cost negotiations, monitor vendor performance and ensure timely milestone completion.
• Communicate project updates to Project Managers and, when required, directly to clients.
• Identify and resolve project issues proactively to maintain high‑quality outcomes.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Experience in market research, preferably within healthcare or life sciences.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and analytical abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
