Qualitative Project Assistant (French speaking)

About the role

The Qualitative Project Assistant will support the execution of qualitative research projects for M3 Global Research. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, meet client specifications, and maintain high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit respondents in French, using panels and free‑finding methods, and manage screening processes.
• Update internal and client recruitment spreadsheets and keep Project Managers informed.
• Oversee selected vendors, freelancers, and translation agencies, ensuring deliverables meet quality expectations.
• Negotiate costs with vendors, monitor progress, and handle any issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Check and validate all deliverables before they are passed to the client.
• Maintain and develop relationships with freelancers and vendors on behalf of M3 Global Research.
• Occasionally liaise directly with clients to convey project updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience in market research, preferably within the medical or healthcare sector.
• Native‑level French speaking ability.
