Recruiter – São Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid)

About the role

Kelly is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support a multinational manufacturing client in São Paulo. This hybrid position requires only 2‑3 days per month in the office and involves collaborating with teams across the Americas in a fast‑paced, global RPO environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for approximately 10–20 requisitions at a time across manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, timelines, and hiring priorities.
• Proactively source, screen, and present qualified candidates across the LATAM market.
• Manage interview coordination, candidate communication, and end‑to‑end offer processes.
• Ensure adherence to RPO workflows, compliance requirements, and documentation standards.
• Provide clear, data‑driven updates to hiring leaders and talent stakeholders.
• Deliver a high‑touch, white‑glove candidate experience as a trusted recruiting partner.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in RPO, staffing agency, or global talent acquisition environments.
• Proven track record recruiting for technical, professional, and managerial roles.
• Fluency in English; LATAM market knowledge strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and service level agreements.
• Highly detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and comfortable working within structured systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and candidate communication skills.
