About the role
The Technical Sales Representative (Agro) will manage a portfolio of farmers, clients and branches within the assigned geography. You will ensure customers receive proper agronomic recommendations to achieve effective product application and drive sustainable profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with farmers, distributors and cooperatives in the Minas Gerais and Rio de Janeiro regions.
- Provide technical advice on coffee, cereals and high‑fertilizer (HF) crops, ensuring optimal use of BASF products.
- Coordinate with the redistribution network to strengthen partnerships and support business growth.
Required profile
- Degree in Agronomic Engineering with proven experience in commercial sales.
- Strong conflict‑management, persuasion and result‑orientation skills.
- Proactive, empathetic and able to build lasting relationships with clients and internal teams.
Required skills
- Technical knowledge of coffee, cereals and high‑fertilizer (HF) crops.
- Expertise in agronomic engineering principles and field application practices.
