SAP MM / WM / eWM Support Engineer (Remote Brazil)

About the role

Rimini Street, a global provider of enterprise software support and managed services for Oracle, SAP and VMware, is hiring a remote Support Engineer for its Brazil team. The role provides exceptional remote support for mission-critical SAP applications, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues across SAP MM, WM and eWM for clients running highly configured SAP 4.x and ECC environments.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve complex customer issues through methodical troubleshooting and advise on best practices for SAP MM, WM and eWM.
• Support country-specific tax, regulatory and localization requirements, including Mexican and Brazilian processes.
• Develop application break fixes for critical defects or collaborate with developers to deliver solutions.
• Provide hands-on assistance using proprietary tools in test environments or via remote client connectivity.
• Take part in a 24x7x365 support organization, including flexible hours when required, and work in a virtual team.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, diagnostic tools, documentation and process improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of relevant SAP experience, with strong expertise in MM and either WM or eWM.
• 5+ years of experience supporting application end users in a corporate environment.
• Proven experience with MM-WM and MM-eWM integration, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting localizations such as Brazilian Nota Fiscal and tax calculation, and Mexican tax and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with highly customized environments (Z routines, user exits, enhancements) and critical incident management in SLA-driven support.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese; Spanish preferred.

Required skills

• Strong troubleshooting skills and deep knowledge of SAP tables, relationships, integrations and customization methods.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, and to stay calm under pressure.
• SAP certification(s) preferred; extensive knowledge of multiple SAP modules across SAP 4.x and ECC releases is preferred.
