Search Operations QA Analyst (Spanish Speaking)

About the role

The Search Operations Quality Assurance Analyst will support TikTok's Search Recommendation & Trending team by ensuring data delivery targets, policy compliance, and content quality are met across global markets. The role requires fluency in Spanish and English and involves handling large volumes of text while maintaining high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and meet key data delivery metrics such as productivity, efficiency, quality, and latency for search recommendation projects.
• Implement and clarify policies, guidelines, and SOPs to improve moderation performance.
• Collaborate with points of contact and cross‑functional stakeholders to provide feedback on data quality, SOPs, and policies.
• Support training and go‑live processes for the Search Recommendation team.
• Analyze moderation performance, produce weekly reports, and conduct root‑cause analysis when needed.
• Perform additional project‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, able to lead and participate in meetings and written communication in both languages.
• Strong text‑editing ability, capable of editing 5,000–8,000 words daily while maintaining quality.
• Prior experience as a staff writer or editor for media outlets is preferred.
• Willingness to work with sensitive content, including child safety, hate speech, and adult material.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
