Search Operations Quality Assurance Analyst – Spanish Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a Search Operations Quality Assurance Analyst who is fluent in Spanish and English to join our team that safeguards user experience by reviewing and optimizing search results. The role involves inspecting data sets, handling sensitive content, and collaborating with global partners to improve policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections of diverse data sets, ensuring compliance with project requirements and timely delivery of QA cases.
• Exercise sound judgment on ambiguous cases, provide feedback, identify risks and suggest improvements.
• Monitor content safety and integrity, support product optimization iterations, and track business progress.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine policies, SOPs, and training materials for accurate data handling.
• Lead calibration meetings during appeal processes, analyze cases and propose solutions to enhance team performance.
• Deliver project metrics, perform data and root‑cause analysis, and develop action plans for performance reviews.
• Support additional tasks such as policy localisation, training, data inspection, and strategy evaluation as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and English, able to lead and participate in meetings, chats and emails in both languages.
• Knowledge of search engines and familiarity with social media platforms.
• Ability to work flexible shift patterns, including evenings, nights and weekends, with availability five out of seven days.
• Willingness to handle sensitive and potentially disturbing content.
• Experience in QA, moderation, AI annotation or related fields is preferred.
• Understanding of local culture, internet usage habits and online shopping trends is a plus.
