Search Operations Quality Assurance Analyst – Spanish Speaking

About the role

The Search Operations team safeguards our platform by reviewing and improving how users encounter search results. As a Quality Assurance Analyst fluent in Spanish and English, you will evaluate search data, ensure compliance with safety policies, and help optimise the user experience across diverse content types.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections of data sets and projects, guaranteeing they meet requirements and are delivered on schedule.
• Resolve ambiguous cases with sound judgment, provide feedback, and flag potential risks.
• Monitor content quality, safety and integrity while contributing to product optimisation cycles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine policies, SOPs, and training materials.
• Lead calibration meetings, analyse appeals, and suggest improvements to boost team performance.
• Deliver project metrics, perform data and root‑cause analysis, and present action plans during business reviews.
• Support additional tasks such as policy localisation, training, data inspection and strategy evaluation.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and English, able to communicate in meetings, chats and emails.
• Experience with search engines and social media platforms.
• Willingness to work variable shift patterns, including weekends and nights, with availability five out of seven days.
• Comfort with sensitive or disturbing content.
