Senior B2B Marketing Manager – Restaurant Partners

About the role

We are seeking a senior B2B marketing leader to build and scale the national marketing strategy for restaurant partners across Brazil. The role will strengthen partner engagement, retention and long‑term business value within our platform ecosystem, collaborating closely with commercial and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a nationwide B2B marketing strategy aligned with growth and retention targets.
• Develop communication frameworks that articulate the platform’s value proposition for restaurants.
• Lead initiatives across the partner lifecycle, from acquisition support to engagement, retention and loyalty.
• Create scalable engagement programs, communication journeys, educational initiatives and partner‑facing experiences.
• Design tools, campaigns and strategic projects that generate measurable business value for restaurant partners.
• Identify and act on opportunities to improve partner perception, satisfaction and emotional connection with the platform.
• Partner closely with Commercial and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience developing B2B marketing strategies for marketplace ecosystems.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution capability.
• Deep understanding of the complexities of restaurant partner ecosystems.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders.
