Senior Business Development Manager – International Student Recruitment

About the role

The Senior Business Development Manager will lead international student recruitment, business development, account management and B2B marketing events across the designated region. You will work closely with company directors to expand B2B channels and promote GUS universities worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all student recruitment, business development, account management and marketing activities for B2B channels in the assigned region.
• Collaborate with directors to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for international student enrollment.
• Represent a GUS university or college located in Europe, North America or Asia, building relationships with education agents and partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international student recruitment for higher education.
• Established network of education agencies and strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new revenue, identify opportunities and support partner development.

Required skills

• Salesforce or similar CRM/database management experience.
• Database management proficiency.
